Akira probably also has that video and sells it at a lower price. Of all of them, in my opinion, Akira offers the best content and the best value for money. Perhaps if you ask Akira, she'll tell you how much it costs.
 
I asked her, but she's selling them for just as much. These girls are very expensive, it's complicated.
 
I would have got that Akira one for about $65 but she had to ask Akira first and then told me it is usually $180. She has 5 videos with Akira.
