I've actually spoken to her on a number of occasions and from what I can tell it was a deeply religious upbringing. Idk if she still does but when we spoke she kept around 10 bibles near her bed, and she was essentially playing herself in OITNB. Remember the whole "gold juice" thing? Well, she told me first and I have the voice notes on my old phone screen recorded. That's not in any way a "flex", remember, this is Taryn Manning lol. She is a lovely lady honestly there's no real malice in her heart but when it comes to mental health she suffers.
I believe her on a lot, especially the on-set abuses and a lot of tidbits about Hollyweird she's dropped, I tried to steer her on a better path by even looking up counselling services local to her that are discreet, and she did seem interested but we can guess how that went by the continued behaviour. I was a little disappointed to hear about the Onlyfans but not surprised in the least. She has a history of using her body transactionally. Not a prostitute but pretty much as close as one can get in the industry without being a street corner girl.
Way too deep for a gooner forum but I sincerely wish her the best, I just don't think it's likely atp.
