I'm saying those with her demeanor and interests are usually not so trashy with their personal stying. Other than her tits she dresses very well and femininely so I don't really get it.
 
A) A sufferer of intense body dysmorphia does not get a boob implant because of "trashy styling". This happens in bio women, but is probably even worse in trans folk. ( the dysmorphia.)
B) Getting a boob implant is not automatically "trashy", thats a projection on your part.
C) She has stated she is not from wealth, so she used the OF content to make money so she can look the way she does. (like a woman.)
