She's Dutch, even live in my city Rotterdam and high chance she also lives close in my neighborhood lol. Suraya is not her real name, I found her facebook and you can see she was a normal girl. Either she had a bad breakup or her current boyfriend or whatever groomed her. This is all assumptions of course. Also I think while her roots are in India, her parents are from Suriname, this is quite common in Netherlands.
