cat-catch(it's Chinese not that they makes a difference nothing is trust worthy) if you use it with Video Download Helper
select capture(capture cached content) run the video and use video downloadhelper to down the captured content

That requires me watching each video no? I don't have the time for that, and cat-catch UI is difficult to use. The SITH content is split in m3u8 so hard to use
