The spread video was probably a mistake as in she probably meant to send it to someone specific instead of an entire audience.
That first photo is of a recent stream. Even in the first photo, it's sheer so that you can see some titty meat.
She's just trying to implement the titty streamer meta. I don't think there's much more to it.
