if you are talking about the nude music video i think that is a mmd model she had made to do both clothed and nude music versions, that's what i believe from what i can tell
 
She has a nude version of her 3D model for things like nude MMDs and photo sets. She has done something like this before many times.
 
She does have a model for VRC stuff iirc, I wonder if that's the same one as in the MMD videos
 
In 2020 and 2021 she did a lot of MMDs with lewd versions in most of them, after that the numbers went down, and even less for lewd versions. The last lewd one was for Midas Touch on May 4, 2025.
This year she did 4 MMDs, but only 2 were uploaded to YT, the other 2 (PLAY and GOLDEN) were uploaded only on Patreon, idk about Fansly.
(The resent one at Fansly, WA DA DA, is actually an older one)
 
She's still struggling with the recent loss of her brother and has no clear idea when she'll be back to streaming according to a twitter post she made the other day.
 
Next week is her birthday. Before everything happened, she had a subathon planned for it with a new model debut. I would be surprised if she decided to stream. As of now, I'm pretty sure that birthday event is canceled.
