I'm surprised there is no discussion thread for her yet. Here it is. Anyway, I love how her freebies are of the same high quality with the paid ones. Been watching her for like a year already.

Yeah Noel is very kind and nice. She's a little bit menhera but find me a cosplay girl that isn't. Her Fansly pricing is very fair when she's active and is mostly drip feeding the onlyfans content that you pay for a la cart. It winds up being cheaper but you wait longer for it, which I think is fair. I wish more videos went to the Fansly though.
I think her being less active has less to do with her vtuber activities and more to do with work and travelling a lot. She goes to a crazy amount of conventions and some of them are overseas.
Suggestion for the OP maybe do a quick write-up about her and link some socials.

Met her last month at Dokomi in germany and she was really sweet and kind. Got a cute pic together and talked a bit with her. She is also as pretty in irl like she is on her pics and vids

She mentioned wanting to do more videos in a MV club post and there's one from about 3 weeks ago that hasn't been posted here yet. I think if she ever gets a break from convention season we'll see more content from her.

I think it was just because some people she knew IRL and online stumbled upon the account. Nobody who does porn wants that obviously.
 
Looks like Noel is done with convention season except for ANYC late August and M'oshi expo late September. Hopefully that means we'll get some new stuff.

Looks like she is finally active again on pretty much all of her profiles. There's lots of new photos and there is a manyvids video that's a few weeks old that hasn't been uploaded here yet. Anyone got it? Also one last convention in September and then I think she's done until December.
