Reminder that she is only 20 years old and it seems to be a pretty old picture. Going through her Instagram, seems like the only time her hair was this short was when she was under 18/a few months after her 18th birthday. I’m going to try to look into it more, but if anyone has more info it would help.

After searching through her public profiles, I cannot 100% say without a doubt that this is Clio. However, assuming it is I can put together a bit of a good guess on the timeline.
I've gone through her Facebook and Instagram and found that she mainly uses iPhones. It's a bit hard to tell here since it looks like her phone has a case on but assuming this is an older picture from the positioning of the light on the phone, the light on the phone, and what seems to be a Lightning cable on the phone, it might be an older phone like an iPhone 6, 7, or 8. Seeing the second image, it looks like she upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus (guessing this one because the logo isn't really reflective so it could be the Jet Black color only found on the iPhone 7) sometime in 2021 and not the 13 that was current at the time. The third and fourth picture shows that she upgraded her phone to one of the AIDs fundraising Red iPhones that started with the iPhone 7 but the camera, light, and logo position indicate that it is probably the 1st gen iPhone SE released in 2020. From here on she upgrades to the iPhones with 2+ cameras.
