Last weekend, I renewed a subscription, and by Monday I received an email stating that my account had been suspended. Since then, I have attempted to create new accounts multiple times using different email addresses, payment cards, phone numbers, devices, internet connections, and IP addresses.
Each time, the account is initially created successfully, and my card is validated. However, as soon as I try to subscribe to any creator’s page, my session is terminated, and I am unable to log back in. Shortly after, the account appears to be suspended again.
This issue has occurred several times over the past few months. I have even changed my payment methods, but the outcome remains the same. Notably, these cards work perfectly on other platforms, so the issue seems specific to OnlyFans.
I have reached out to support but have not received any clear explanation or resolution.
