Mom was arrested for soliciting C heese P izza. I knew she posted sets of the others but didnt think anything was nude.
 
Is this actually true? I remember at the time she was posting not to share sets or she would delete the groups. Then Olivia did the topless set which someone immediately leaked and a few days later all the groups were gone
 
whoa got a link to the news source by chance? i always wondered what was up with their whole situation. They seem pretty well off, i heard somewhere the mom was divorced or something but that's it.
 
Reading facebook reactions seems like people are not surprised about her. Especially from people involved in the gymnastics scene that she worked in. Company knew about it and didnt do anything, other parents not happy eventhough it were only her own kids
 
I think we all are aware about the mom selling/providing content from all three sisters on tg, but to my knowledge, the only nudes that have been confirmed were of Olivia after she was 18, making those legal content. Let's be honest, the content from the other sisters could be considered provocative, but but I can't see it being considered as "sexually explicit conduct", so is this situation referring to girls other than her daughters?
 
Without knowing anything specific about the case, I would assume that Florida has much stricter laws regarding underage content, even if NN and especially if monetized.
 
I guess it all revolves around what the laws define as "sexually explicit content".
 
She didnt pay tax on the customer revenue so that got the IRS involved which didnt help her staying "under the radar". The reason they dont say her daughters are the "victims" in the article is because they dont want to "out" the identity of the victims to the community, even though we know it to be the daughters. Yes Florida is stricter than most, there was another organization called FTM that got shutdown in Florida for similar content, dude went to prison for a long time i think.
