The correct term would be intersex, she has a lot of male parts yes, but she has had female DNA, etc from birth (I think she’s said what about her was always biologically female but I can’t quite remember). There’s was enough externally that she was raised male because of course, but she knew that something was up and got it checked out
 
She is XXY, has everything except for a vaginal opening. she was assigned male on her birth certificate.
