missing ~20 minutes after she restarts stream near the beginning because my network sniffer decided to give me ally's stream instead of miyu's (oops) but i dont think anything of note happened other than some yapping

So am I blind? but I notice that a lot of these exclude interracial. I think anny included it as S tier but other then that I’ve never seen it listed in any other tier list, or usually they put it in the Do not care category.
What’s the science behind excluding that one tag and not listing it in the idc category?
Are the twitter freaks sperging out when it gets listed?
