It's Old. From some event back in 2024-05 I think. Might have been Cosfans 03? I don't quite remember the exact event. Someone correct me if they know the exact event this was.
For those of you thinking that type of service is normal. You wish. Those events have regular tickets and expensive VIP tickets.
This is the VIP service.
The VIP ones give you a short session with a ero-cosplayer [30s-1min] up to the level of what the cosplayer decides she wants to do.
 
The protip for anyone buying those VIP tickets is: pick yuumei as the ero-cosplayer of your choice. At least she likes what she does. Barring her, since I believe her prices are much higher than the others, go for Tiny Asa (which is also monstrously expensive) as she's also slutty enough to be cool with it.
The other girls are almost all biting more than they can chew (as proven by that Minichu video, it almost made me feel bad for her). ZinieQ and Poppachan are starting to advance in that world though and getting much more comfortable as well.

Every event, no. But she did once, and so did Tiny Asa. (In fact, I think it was both of them in the same year for one of those events.) Search between CosForce, Cosfans, Cosplay Universe and AGA, check which girl is doing which, go for that one.
You buy the regular ticket for the event (plus the planet ticket to Taiwan, if you're not from there), + the ticket for the VIP access (50 USD last I checked), + whatever potential service you want to have from the VIP girls not included with direct VIP access (the VIP ticket already includes a lot of shit, you just miss on them sitting on your lap and the motorboating/neck kissing). Being handsy is a BIG no-no, but some girls are cool with it.
If you're trash tier unc status, all you'll get is the VIP hidden treatment inside the reserved booths. If you're hot enough to pass for an OP anime protagonist, there's a miniscule chance you'll be freely upgraded (evidently, up to you, since you'll be in front of thousands of cameras and not everyone can take that press) to piece of meat of the day and be groped/grinded/whatever by several of the girls in the main stage, hands tied behind your back, while a bunch of sad simps watch with "that should've been me" written on their faces.

At that time, you could receive the service by purchasing an item worth 1000 Taiwanese dollars and paying an additional fee. However, I think that recent events no longer offer such extreme paid services.
 
the recent event seems more strict due to particapate that take video / photo during private services, heard that organizer team still considered on that in future event
