I kinda doubt theyre a man but its genetics, diets and just consistantly working out your lowerbody and ignoring the rest basically
 
I am iffy on the being a man thing despite men sometimes do have some fat asses. It's really rare, though. But working out can only take one so far. I've never seen someone who had a small ass go to that without abusing angles to hell/wearing shapewear or getting work done somehow.

The whole "I'm not Trans" thing is odd. There are transsexuals and then there are transvestites. There are also cross dressers. I don't think they know what they are talking about. They literally go out in public to the gym etc dressed as female. This isn't like someone that just cosplays like males do. From what I've seen, they live their normal life dressed as female. IDK open cross dresser could be what they are.
 
Same. The person said they didnt transition or anything, just dresses female. Wearing tight ass shorts like that I'm sure someone at their gym would have noticed. Especially if you're on the leg abductor leg machines.
-Another thing, look at their shoes. Person has some tiny feet.
-Hands... one of the things to look out when you got to Thailand to help not get tricked, check out her hands. Person has small hands.
 
Look at the earlier posts, hands/arms werent as big as they are now, they just gained muscle on them
