You’ll get a refund as long as you get the agency to say you’re getting the vid. I just got my refunds back after buying a couple things. She refused to answer when youll get it so I went straight to support. Her bundles kept mentioning a countdown to the bj vid and I wasn’t trying to let that be the loophole that got her out of refunds.

So if you get the agency to say yes, support will refund everything you bought. Just keep asking after every bundle if you plan to pursue to cover your tracks for support.
