Pretty sure there's video editing apps where you can cover a certain part of the screen, especially if the username is always in the same place. I suggest to ask ChatGPT or Gemini about it. Just keep it general and say you want to cover a certain segment of the screen in a video, what app could do that.
 
The problem is that the text is in the middle of the screen. It's translucent. It covers a lot of area, so there would be nothing left to see if it was edited out.
 
Might still work, just add the translucent part in your question to AI.
If you still leak it and your account is already deleted, risk is most likely close to zero. She has to find the leaked stuff, get your info from Onlyfans, start a lawsuit, win and the list goes on.
