Download it and rename the file. Just add .mp4 in the name and it should work. Maybe also check for viruses to be sure. (Assuming you're on windows. You can also go into file explorer => 3 dots on the banner => options => view => uncheck 'hide extensions for known filetypes'. That should make you able to change the filetype for sure.) Be carefull that non mp4 files will break if you add the .mp4 extension though. But any file can be set to the proper state that way provided it is what the file originally was.
