I have now submitted the notification for video transmission-based adult entertainment services
and successfully received the confirmation document!
Whilst consulting on submitting the business notification,
it was pointed out that our previous operational methods
could potentially violate the law,
and we were advised to make improvements.
Therefore, to ensure we operate lawfully, healthily, and enjoyably going forward,
I wanted to share our future policy,
which is why I'm posting this article.
Specifically, we intend to tighten access restrictions beyond previous levels,
preventing minors and those under 18 from viewing content.
To illustrate with specific examples:
① Discontinuation of the free ticket distribution included with monthly updates
② Stricter regulation of media published under the free plan (Kari Kari Plan)
These two points constitute the main improvements.
Both measures are necessary precautions
to prevent minors and those under 18 years of age
from easily accessing adult-oriented content.
To elaborate further with examples:
All adult-oriented media featuring clothing removal, exposure, revealing or see-through elements
will be strictly managed for viewing by paid plan subscribers only.
Furthermore, to prevent minors from easily accessing these paid plans,
the monthly distribution of free tickets (ongoing distribution)
will be discontinued going forward, except in special circumstances.
We deeply regret having to discontinue the free tickets previously distributed as compensation
when even monthly updates proved impossible due to illness or other reasons.
We sincerely apologise for this.
Moving forward, beyond extending the viewing period for posted articles (to the month after the update or the month after that),
we are considering alternative ways to give back to all of you who continue to support us.
We truly apologise and would be most grateful for your understanding.
For our adult subscribers who have paid to view content thus far (thank you so very much!
),
access will remain unchanged.
However, to protect minors and ensure we can continue our activities enjoyably,
we earnestly request everyone's cooperation.
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and are truly sorry for any distress this may have caused.
We humbly ask for your understanding once again.
