I did report it but they said since it’s been over 3 months there was nothing they could do to return my money and I had to talk it out with the creator
 
Sorry to hear that but atleast you got the custom vid from her. Let me guess you had to keep messaging her everyday about it . That's when buying a custom you never you know u might get scam or not and play these catch up games..
 
Basically yes….but there’s a few models I ordered from that have good turn around times and I don’t mind tipping them for customs 🤷🏽‍♂️
