I have a hard time believing they are the same girl....looking at the camgirl videos than watching the above scene....its not just the boobs....face looks totally different. It would be nice if it were the same girl but cannot ignore how different they look.
 
Searched on reddit for the reference. They say that she is blonde in real life and just gave birth before this scene. So she was lactating which resulted in those humongous boobs. Might have to compare her old original photo with this scene one.
