No, i'm not saying she's scamming anyone. When you sub to her Fansly, you sub for what's in there, not for what is to maybe come.
While she very often says she'll be posting on Twitter and then she does not, she doesn't owe anyone anything for new content, so it's up to you to trust her or not and sub.
It's unlikely indeed for the agency, but not impossible neither. That being said, I think a 3rd party being indie helping her would be the best, like a friend or someone she can trust and that doesn't take as big of a cut than most agencies would.
The way she uses Fansly has been the same from the beginning, just because she didn't post recently does not mean she won't post in the future, she just comes and goes. She does not block everyone on Insta, but she did wipe a lot of her followers last year (though she still has 500 followers rn).

And also, while some people do leak themselves on these kind of website to draw attention, Lila's main thread is not nearly as popular for this kind of strategy to work (and like 80% of her Fansly is leaked here too, it does not make any sense to leak that much).
