From what I've seen I think nmp was getting annoyed by a lot of little things like arther copying his ideas, living near him, taking his time slot, using his maid(I'm not kidding) and it just built up resentment. It all came to a head when arther asked nora to be his duo for a fortnite tournament(nmp blacklisted nora). Basically he believed he did a lot of things for arther and arther wasn't loyal, some petty scorekeeping shit that could've been solved through talking.
 
It's seemingly a lot of small stuff coming to a head. Like apparently they coordinated to not be live at the same time. But communication broke down one day and turned into a big argument. Nick claims he doesn't feel like he can trust Arther anymore. One reason Katchii gave was that he lied to his realtor that he was paying rent to Nick even though he wasn't. Arther had a similar stance and says he's tired of Nick's lies and claims he's emotionally abusive to others including Katchii. He also claims that Nick blackballed another streamer Nora who he did that but shipping war with with Katchii. Katchii and Nick brought up how Arther blackballed Clara. But Arther says he never actually blackballed them

It's kinda hard to TL;DR because so much got thrown around. And I believe Nick was also ranting in his discord. And he was arguing with Julia in there even. Basically what I originally said this should have never been brought up publicly. The thing with situations like this is there's never a side that's 100% correct about everything. Details get messed up, people lie about things they view as minor. Nick's also a fucking dumbass and was trying to pretend like he didn't care about Arther was saying so he didn't actually watch the stream himself. Everything he knew about it comes from Katchii and the Internet

The real winner of this was Dean, he got to farm the drama and put both Nick and Arther on a call. Ad rev for GTA RP is apparently shit so that extra money was probably good. He got to pretend like he didn't wanna farm it when he could have just not and moved on. Regardless of who's actually right or wrong in this situation Dean was so obviously incredibly biased. He melt cutting Arther off. Straight up cut him off so Nick could talk instead. Whole situation is a mess
 
Pretty fucking weird of Arthur to bring up stuff that happens in a relationship that has nothing to do with him. Especially about a guy who literally made his career. I bet it has stuff to do with Arthur's girl, she controls that dude and I dont think she liked NMP or Katchii. Also hes probably a little mad that Nick ended up with Katchii and he ended up with whatever that is
 
arther has always been jealous that nick started fucking katchii and caring about her more than him, arther was interested in katchii- He legit acts like a jealous ex gf in this whole situation
 
Nick is controlling freak. He himself said it's his way or noway. All the time he not streamed he spent in his discord badmouthing Malena, checking twitter and lsf. It's seems there was plans for Nick, Katchi, Arther and Julia to stream together. Arther waited for the longest time and didn't stream in the mornings (Nick's timeslot) but then Nick came back to streaming it just him and Katchi. So Arther moved on to do his own thing. Nick always badmouths somebody in his discord and then deletes his messages.
 
Really...Nick's shipping "meta" is single handle the most toxic thing to happen in recent years. Arther was shipped with Fanfan, Acie, Clara etc all by the direction and control on Nick. Jealousy of fucking Katchii? She was force fed down viewers throats and its long been proven she was hitting up anyone on alt accounts to worm her way into the Austin scene. She landed on Nick given he was already low hanging fruit and that was the best she can do.
