Nah defs not, im assuming she's not on prog so Estrogen will be tanking her libido hard (Tgal myself so I l live it)
She has deff lost size either by that lack of libido or she's doing it on purpourse to make it smaller, making it far easier to tuck for alot of her cosplays that are designed for cis women VS Aspicycow who is doing the opposite and is try their hardest to keep their full size (I mean just look at them haha)

The way Esteogen works for us fellow trans femmes that after a lifetime of Testosterone flowing through our bodies and then switching to Esteogen, we get severe muscle atrophy
this includes our very own girldick. If you do not use it enough every, single , day..... then over the space of 2-4 years, it dramatically looses size.
Some of us dolls love this effect of it as we can be dysphoric about it, while others do not like it at all and work very hard to keep our original size by using that so called muscle (aka, getting hard)
Us dolls can all still get hard even after being in Esteogen, but if you don't use it every single day you loose size and in the case of peachy it seems that she's probably lost quite a bit of size when compared to Aspicycow who is still huge ~
 
Ya I prefer cow more than peachy for that very reason, but even cow looks like they have lost some size
