The Uneven keycaps are called Sculpted Keycaps, and some keyboards use them as an ergonomic thingy. No ball knowledge.
Then it looks like the image is either inverted or she uses a left-handed setup... Nope, the Windows date in the corner of the screen is definitely flipped. Also, mic placement is on the right, where the standard would be the left side, and I could not find any matching brand or type that would have the mic on the right, so we have two points that clearly point to the images being flipped. Also there is already an non-mirrored image of her setup up top so we can confirm that if her pc is on the left side its mirrored image
ok so after unmirroring the image, these arent even Sculpted ones numpad descends into the center from top and bottom, and it seems like arrow keys are just tilted and are either something closer to Sculpted keycaps or were just physically moved like that. also i give you the unmirrored below to check.
Anyway, to the main point. I believe that the image and person are legit. The image was mirrored and after being flipped it was changed either by some AI or in Photoshop, but I am more inclined to agree with yall on the ai thing.
Gary Be is an actual brand, I think, from Australia, but I could not find any similar products in their stock, so we can assume that the formula was generated or pasted there while the thing was edited.
It would be stupid to generate an image, then mirror/flip it, and then add non-existing milk powder on top of
we established that the images are inverted so naturally it would be expected that the generated image that was inverted will have inverted text, but the text is not inverted so its foreign to the photo itself
