Question How to download Threads(from Instagram) videos and photos

I've been trying to save some videos and photos from Threads. Every method I've tried so far either doesn't work or ends up compressing the quality quite a bit.
Does anyone know of a reliable way to download Threads media (both videos and photos) while keeping the original resolution/quality? Bonus points if it works on both mobile and desktop.
Any tools, apps, or websites you've personally tested and trust would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

I haven't gotten to that part yet, but i saved a site i saw earlier this week.

I think there's a bug with copying thread links — it shows an 'invalid post' error afterward.
Dose not work.
