She's taking the piss. Pay attention to her words - She's asking for a payment upfront, but she never agrees to provide any nudes or anything in return. She was going to make a fool out of him and scam the money, and then ghost or block him. Worst-case scenario, this guy ends up as a screenshot in her an Instagram story, and the butt of a joke.
She has a private Facebook group that requires a payment, but no idea what she's gatekeeping behind it. If anyone's interested, that's where you should start, and not by DMing her directly.
It's surprising to me that she has thousands of followers on IG and TikTok, and yet there's barely pictures in this thread.
