Is bunbun different girls? Since in the latest videos her boobs are huge, but in all the rest she is normal sized.
 
I noticed that too. Back in the Kazama Iroha video they look soft and moderate sized.

I don't think they are plastic boobs, since you can see small blemishes on the skin. I think that it is either a boob job or a different girl, or maybe it is likely both. On twitter a few months ago there is a picture where bunbun or whoever owns the account says her breast size has gone from C to E, and they the goal is another two sizes to G, so this would match that time frame.
The Asuna azur lane girl is definitely not bunbun because she has several promimnent moles on her chest that bunbun does not have.
Edit: So Hoshikawa with the huge boobs is definitely still bunbun, there is a picture with eyes uncensored on x / CosplayBunChan
