Think they're called Soles Fantasy, if you Google "catq space" you can find the site where they can be purchased (wouldn't let me link it here). They were designed by someone named Charlotte-Q (you can probably go to their Twitter to find the link as well). Certainly an interesting shoe, honestly surprised "fleshlight heels" haven't been made a long time ago.
I believe she uploaded an "uncaged" version of the vid on her OF, but I'm not currently subbed.
