Charmaine's 1994 Sextape
True story behind this video.
Back in 1994/95 Charmaine starred in a TV pilot about a spoof rock band called 'Who Are The Spooky Spoons?'

One of the scenes involved Charmaine stripping to a song written in her honor. Charmaine and the singer then fucked for real, and the singer left the camera rolling.
When the pilot didn't get picked up, the producers sold the sextape on the black market to recoup their investment. This was in the VHS days and Charmaine was a well-known 'glamor model' in UK tabloids, so it probably did decent business.
They pixelated the guy to protect his identity because he was a young wannabe actor at the time. The video later appeared online and became known as 'Charmaine and the pixelated man'.
Now, the man in question got these taken down. Except you know how it goes on the internet with porn. Take it down here, it appears there, there and THERE. The video never went away, and Mr Spooky Spoon has long given up fighting it. Hell, fatter, older and middle aged, he's probably proud of it now.
This came out in two versions - the full uncut tape, and a two part one that includes the music video, an edited version of the sextape, and a second POV sextape, where the guy is holding the camera. As it's real, Charmaine isn't faking here the way she did in her porn flicks. She also looks absolutely amazing.
