from my experience, the agency is a scam. one time i purchased something and costed me $$ and she had it recently posted on her IG post carousel.
 
just don't purchase any. The agency did all sort of scam you can think of. Selling old content, different photos from what was written on the note/title/messages, slow-mo videos, etc.
