I've been using Lada for some time and I'm amazed by its capabilities. However, I have not had any success with videos that use Gaussian blurs. Anyone know of any tools or programs that have this feature?
Topaz Video — probably the most user-friendly option; its Motion Deblur/Themis tools are aimed at camera/object motion blur, not censored Gaussian masks. Topaz’s older “Video AI” line is now legacy/discontinued, while “Topaz Video” is the current product. 2
DaVinci Resolve / Fusion — use Sharpen, Unsharp Mask, or ResolveFX Sharpen to improve perceived sharpness, but don’t expect true recovery from heavy blur.
