I didn't see that video where she introduced her new partner. Yes, I think Amanda deleted all the videos she had with Jen, the ones where they went shopping and out to dinner. She also deleted or hid the video where she showed her house and office where Jen appeared.
Amanda repeatedly stressed that she didn't like Jen's nieces visiting them, because they would mess up the whole house and wouldn't stop bothering the cat. Perhaps this was one of the reasons for their breakup.
 
I can't remember the name of the video the new gf appeared in. I think it was either something film-festival related or something posted around Valentine's day last year.
