From my experience you have to tip to get her attention on cash app or of (doesn't matter how much) she runs her account by herself so she probably has to go through a lot of messages.
 
I've messaged her for specific videos on her menu and possible custom content and I've also sent her tips through of and cashapp, but she hasn't even opened my messages despite being active. I can keep holding out hope but it really doesn't seem like she's even going to leave me on read which is a bummer tbh
 
it took a really long time for her to reply to me even after tips but she eventually came around. I think she's in university, has a job, and also gets other DMs so it takes time
