Is it an unique image? Most likely not :) If its not unique, then some photoshop healing tool should be able to remove it nicely right?
 
It was $30. It's the same picture as the preview, and almost the entire thing is covered with watermarks. I'll try to edit something together, but I don't think it'll look very good
 

I took a screenshot of most of her boobs (couldn't do all due to the watermarks), and put it over the censored preview. Tried to align it as good as I could, but it's far from perfect. But it's better than nothing atleast.
