What happened? I saw a screenshot (probably from 4ch) that shows rika and mel vids uploaded in one channel. Is that the reason?
 
Reason given was same as Rushia, an NDA breach. It's either the model thing on Rika ch or she was gossiping to the VCR guys. I find the former questionable since other talents have done the same and not been terminated.
Or perhaps a secret third thing.
