Zero idea if it is true but I read on LSF that she got a huge payoff from Twitch. Which would explain why she never sued and went back to Twitch to stream not that long after her injury. Twitch covered all her medical bills and paid her in the millions which is also why she has never blamed Twitch. She also recently revealed that before the pandemic she hadn't paid taxes in over 6 years and owned the U.S. government over $1 million. So some of that Twitch money went to pay that off.
