Alright so the title speaks for itself, here's a thread for the more heavily alternative baddies out there. Gotta have either most of their bodies covered with ink, and/or body modifications like eyeball tattoos, implants, heavily pierced, ear mods, etc, and/or only their tongue split. The latter is IMO hot enough to have it's whole thread but since surprisingly I didn't find any thread for this kind of niche why not grouping everything together.
So I start with a few of my favorite:

Imali3n, her content isn't special but she's definitely got a unique look with her tattoos, hair, and split tongue.

Orylan is from the United States and when she first posted on her social media sites she looked nothing like she is today. At that time she was the pretty girl next door with a clean face & just a handful of body tattoos. Her first tattoo was the Lord's prayer on her back. But Orylan has told that she was in a toxic relationship and her then controlling boyfriend didn't want her to have tattoos. When Orylan got out of that relationship she opened the floodgates to lots of ink, including getting her eyeballs tattooed, & body modifications: fangs, piercings, a split tongue, braces, and a silicone heart implanted into her hand ... to be as she says: "her true self". (NOTE: I see that "the pinkout" posted pics earlier in this thread, but most of them are not viewable anymore, as they were linked to a now blacklisted site). So here's a look at the body transformation that Orylan has gone thru.
