All of these girls make eye contact or face fetish content or both. Just type eye/face on their page, I have some of them but they're all over the place and can't upload them at the moment. I'm gonna list them by how hot I personally find their face/eyes (not bod):

Anika Fall:

Not really that pretty (kinda looks like Kerri Russel tho). Does these fetishes quite frequently with interesting plots.
13.
Crystal Knight:
TwitterThread
Does these often usually in form of challenges, but the vid quality is not so good.
12.
Ivy Grey:
Twitter
Doesn't do these often but when she does it's
. Her dirty talk and acting is top tier.
11.
Eva De Vil:
TwitterThread
Has quite a number of face/eyes vids and also top tier acting and dirty talk.
10.
Ruby Rousson:
TwitterThread
Not a lot of these type of vids, but hers are quite unique. Plus, she's cute AF.

Alika White:

She might actually be under Rousson, but the fact that I've seen her body affected my judgement
. Does a lot of face/eyes content, not the best acting.......British accent tho.

Liv Royale:

This girl is probably what you guys are looking for. Eye contact/face fetish videos are her specialty, in fact it's most of her content. I also find her gorgeous, and her acting/dirty talk is elite (even her voice is hot). A little warning tho if you're not into body hair, stick to her face content.

Sarah Calanthe:
TwitterThread
Doesn't do a lot of these, although her latest vid is an eye contact challenge. Great acting and dirty talk, rare curly haired beauty with a Dutch-British accent.

Does these a lot and also hairy warning
5.
Harley Lavey:
TwitterThread
1st girl I've ever seen does this (a vid named "Beautiful Agony"). Extremely gorgeous depending on the make up tho. Great acting/dirty talk, unique plots, and her voice is the hottest you'll ever hear she's the GOAT in this department.

Goddexx Daphne:

The only reason she's above Harley is cuz she's more naturally beautiful while Harley's more makeup beauty, and she's also all natural. Very similar to Harley except for the way the vids are shot. Even the voice is similar (she's rather deeper tho), 2nd hottest voice in the list.
3.
Mistress Nova:

This girl is your pick if you're looking for your typical IG model look. She's the 2nd girl after Harley that I've seen does these type of content (a vid called "Worship My Pretty Face"). Her acting and dirty talk ain't nothing special but she's so FUCKING HOT! and she's also friends with Daphne, imagine them making face fetish content together.
Her and Daphne

Princess Camryn:
TwitterThread
She does a lot of face fetish stuff and got the best acting skills on the list. Kinda looks like Liz Gillies but prettier imo. I mean look at that face, that's the type of girl so beautiful and elegant you'd never guess she stares at strangers through a camera telling them to cum for her face

A LITERAL FUCKING SUPERMODEL TELLING YOU TO NUT TO HER FACE WHILE SHE STARES AT YOUR SOUL!!
Her acting, dirty talk, and voice are honestly not one of the better ones on this list but damn her face is so inviting. Her video quality is alright tho, and she also has a European accent (I don't know from where) if you're into that kinda stuff.
Here's a little taste
PS you can also search mesmerize/hypno for these kinda vids
