What happened to her face in particular her nose have anyone else notice?

Different makeup + she probably stopped using the beauty filter on her cam. It does look like she got lip fillers tho

She definitely had something done to her cheek bones, or jaw area. I remember reading something about Asian cultures and how plastic surgery is a big thing in them. Not sure how accurate that was though?

Not really. Its just a continuation of her fanhouse, except she posts less. Even the lingerie PPVs from the DMs are less frequent. She used to post those at least monthly, but now they are about once every two months. They are also still extremely expensive at about $70 for a few non-nude photos. I gave up and let the subscription end.
