If you dont want your IP to be seen than get yourself a cheap vpn like mullvad or cryptostorm
Both have onion sites and you can buy both with crypto (mullvad 4,50€-5€ flat a month or cryptostorm 1,86$ per week)

Yeah I have 2Gbps Up/Down and it's been sitting at 99.9% for a few days now, try adding some extra trackers to the torrent ? my ISP doesn't block anything.
