When an issue drops Jessee indicates if they're NSFW, which means visible nudity. If it doesn't say NSFW, there won't be anything visible.

The "NSFW" was for Abby, not both. It seems that you just didn't see that it wasn't labeled NSFW for Koko's shoot, but if you're new to the site I could see how you could have thought the NSFW tag applied to both.
