You can analyze the file after download with ffmpeg (or other tools) and you get no info about it (except that the file is invalid). If your original files are OK for you then something did fail during upload process that the file got invalid (no thumbnail created / playing not working). You have to download the file by yourself too to see that problem. Just try it. ;-)
 
Have reloaded the files that had issues playing. They now have thumbnails in folder etc so should now be accessible to everyone.
