Yeah it's pretty fucked up. In an interview about getting the role, she was talking about how being comfortable with nudity was a requirement... but there's literally no nudity at all. It's all just walking around with fake tits on.
 
Prosthetics does not / can not take away from a body's shape, they exclusively add to the shape. Her bodies shape in all three images is the same, and her bust size equal to what was in the show. I know I won't convince a lot of people with this, but I do not believe in the theory of her wearing prosthetics. I think we're looking at her actual breasts.
 
Why do people think its a false front? looks just like a plastic-ie see through top to me. Only real evidence of it being fake is the tits are perfect
 
And the fact that it's part of the costume design, and you can easily look it up, and I'm pretty sure there are pictures of it off her, IIRC.
