I'm beginning to think she doesn't have one.
I did some more searching around and noticed her photos are coming up a lot more. A couple sites said "Glassjaw" but that comes up nothing.
 
Just to have an idea, what did you pay? I don't know what she means by special requests.

i didn't, she posted those on her tumblr yesterday. i don't have venmo so who knows.
 
Sent $ a few days ago and used the question form on Tumblr to let her know and made a request. No response yet...
Just found out how to use the message function on there so that's next step I guess.
