I believe femboy_gaming are both cis men but nothing else really comes to mind. It might just be the case that most cis femboys end up transitioning into female after a few years and being a "femboy" is like a test drive for that, at least in the content creator scene. I dont care either way though, if its a feminine person with a penis it fills the same niche in my mind.
