What software did you use to do this animation?

I used photoshop and after effect : puppet pin tool
It was the first time I did this type of animation so it's not perfect

actually it looks pretty good for still animation. I don't use Adobe anymore but there's probably some fluid animation plugins somewhere out there for GIMP etc. thanks for the reply
