Yup don't unfollow the twitter account tho, give it a few months she/he will probably say 'I sold this account' or say something stupid and it will have another catfish. Just so you don't get fooled again.

FWIW I sent her $100 a few months ago got ghosted for a few weeks then blocked - never got any content
