Not really. Women often tend to speak in code. They aren't always direct in the way they speak. In addition, look up China's beauty standards, pale skin is seen as the most beautiful over there, while dark skin is seen as the least appealing. This belief is shared by many Chinese community outside of China. Also, in the West there is a common subgroup of Asian women that date white males exclusively and even slander their own men in an attempt to be accepted by white people. It's not much of a leap of fate to think Ashley falls into this group given we only ever see her with white men.
Her not directly saying that she doesn't find black people attractive make sense when you realize that outright saying it would:
1. Turn away some people that buy her videos who may be of that ethnicity (better to keep the illusion up that you are open to dating a black person but just haven't got the opportunity)
2. Point a magnifying glass on her as to why she feels this way, which can lead down to an uncomfortable conversation about race and possible ruining of her career.
If you believe that e-girls don't try to make themselves as sexually available as possible, I leave you with Amouranth as an example.
Many years ago, she was asked directly if she was single and she said yes; she was married the entire time. She then has a pretend break up fight with her husband to drive up views, said she was leaving him and did a whole twitch arc of her going on dates with a bunch of guys. A lot of these e-girls have BFs/Husbands but keep it a secret as they know a lot of guys fantasize about being with them (even if on a subconscious level) and that fantasy will get broken when these guys find out they are not available. Some male streamers are also guilty of this as nmplol for example regularly played up being gay with Mr. Arthur on his stream.
