doesn't mean that she is scamming? did you try to report it to Patreon?
 
I did email them, first person it went to told me that I should be able to get it back, then they sent it to someone else to get it claimed and they told me no, I have to go through Nika to get my refund, but shes literally not responding to anything so, kinda a dumb system if you ask me
 
Ehh she isnt really a scammer, she just doesnt pay too much attention to patreon, so chances are she will ignore you for months on end.
Try replying under patreon posts comments. Its annoying af, its a reason i dont sub often
